Website Use
As a user, all uses of this website, including any transactions are subject to the following terms & conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions as any time. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order to ensure you are familiar with the most up to date version.
Contract
Acceptance of your order and completion of our contract with you will take place on dispatch of the items ordered unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Product Availability
Orders are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, we will inform you of the delay either by telephone or email and dispatch the item(s) as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available we will notify you as soon as we are aware and issue a refund.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price displayed on the Cobblers of Melrose website at the time we receive your order, however in the unlikely event we discover an error in the price of the items ordered we will notify you as soon as possible, you will then be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should we not be able to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled and issue you with a full refund. All prices are shown in Sterling and include VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice and prices may vary from those in store..
Payment
We accept payment from Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, Visa Delta Debit, Maestro, Solo Debit and Visa Electron Debit cards via our secure payment partner Protx who provide a secure on-line payment service with no card details held on our servers.
Payment is deducted when your order is placed, goods will be dispatched when payment is confirmed to us.
Delivery & Returns
Damaged Goods in Transit
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order, please email onlinesales@cobblersofmelrose.co.uk
Return the damaged goods unworn and unused within 10 days of receipt. Please follow our returns procedure, letting us know whether you require a refund or exchange. Return and original postage will be reimbursed for valid claims.
