Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods within 7 days. Goods to UK (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands) are dispatched via Royal Mail using 1st class recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Goods to overseas destinations are sent Airmail - a signature is required on receipt.
Delivery to UK destinations is £4.95. Delivery to overseas destinations is £15.00.
On receipt of your order, an order acknowledgement email will be sent, showing our unique order id and order details.
Product Availability
Orders are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, we will inform you of the delay either by telephone or email and dispatch the product(s) as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available we will notify you as soon as we are aware and issue a refund.
Returns
Goods must be returned within 10 days in an unused condition, in the original packaging accompanied by the White Dispatch Note. Sorry we cannot refund postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods but we recommend that you obtain proof of posting in order that you can track or claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
If a refund is required it will be issued to the card used in the original purchase.
If an exchange is required, we will dispatch within 7 days subject to stock availability.
